Summer 2018 Overview
2021/2022 Elites (2018 Summer Season: June 6th - XXX)
Team Practices: The 2021/2022 Elites will have a total of X team practice sessions at XXXXX. Our first team practice will kick-off on Wednesday, June 6th. After this initial practice session, the team will meet on Wednesdays and some Fridays. The full schedule is posted below. Practices will include functional and dynamic vision training.
Specialized Seminars: Each player will participate in a Nutritional Seminar and Each player and parent will participate in the first 2 in a series of Recruiting Seminars
Performance Training: AT Direct Sports Medicine will provide all Summer Elite players a performance coach 1x week that will focus on Balance, agility, ABC's of movement, proper form for squats, lunges ect. along with speed training and a parents educational seminar.
Visual Assessment:This will be included for each player participating in the 2018 Summer Season. Additional training sessions will be available at the team discounted rate if any family chooses to.
Chumash 3 v 3 Summer League: (If league is not formed we will have a practice day instead) By participating in the Elite Summer 2018 Season, players will also be entered into the Chumash 3v3 Girls Summer League. Games will take place on Monday nights, starting XXX. The league will consists of 1-2 games per night with each game lasting 30 minutes. The 2021/2022 Elite players will be assigned to sub teams of 4-6 players to compete for the duration of the league. The purpose of the league is to provide each player with hundreds of touches per game. Each game is fast paced, free flowing and heavily emphasizes skill development and quick decision making under pressure. 3v3 Chumash lacrosse is played on a modified field with 1 goal and soft balls. No Positions, No Goalies, No Equipment. Earliest start time Xpm and latest end time Xpm. FINAL GAME SCHEDULE will be released in May 2018. Summer 2018 Elite players are automatically enrolled in this league, this is already included in the season tuition.
Tournaments: All players will participate in the Americas Finest Rivalry in Del Mar, CA, June 16th and 17th
Season Tuition: $1200 (Included in price is specialty team apparel and uniform package. Uniform only needs to be bought 1x.)

What AT Direct Sports Medicine offers:
16 week Performance Training at your practice venue/facility/location 1x per week
In addition to the 16 weeks of training (will be split between summer and fall, you will receive the first week free for parent seminar/educational talk and testing day. You will also receive two additional free sessions for testing (8th & 16th week).
Lay out is below:
Train up to 20 athletes per 1 performance coach
If athletes needs to be seen for injury eval
Quick injury eval: A quick eval is anywhere from 15-30 minutes with the patient/client. This quick evaluation is to help the patient/client know if they need to be referred out to a physician or may need rehab/treatment. $15
Rehabilitation sessions: This is a rehab service that will allow the patient/client 60 minutes of 1x1 with the clinician. $50
Each weekly focus:
Initial Testing (Y-balance, FMS, agility testing) & parent education seminar Week 1: ABC’s of movements (learning to use the core, hip hinging, and control body movements) Made to be a learning session
Weeks 2-8: Functional movement patterns (Focus on pelvic control, variations of squats, lunges, push ups ).
Around week 5 we will progress into running mechanics and body awareness.
Weeks 8-12: Agility and speed movements. Understanding how to use advanced functional movements and correlate them into sport specific movements.
Week 13-16: Learning proper ways to establish change of direction (acceleration and deceleration)
